Carrier delays happen — weather, holidays, peak seasons. If your package is significantly late, email us and we'll help track it down.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll re-ship at your cost. If the carrier marks it delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on a resolution.
