Try Hushora for 30 nights. If it's not helping you sleep better, we'll make it right.

How it works

Orders under $35: Full refund, no return required. Just email us at hello@hushora.store with your order number and a short note about what didn't work.

Orders $35 and over: Email us first to start the return. We'll send return instructions. Once we receive the clip(s), your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

To request a refund

1. Email hello@hushora.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a brief reason.
3. We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with next steps.

What's covered

• Product didn't work for you
• Comfort or fit issues
• Manufacturing defects (in which case we'll also send a replacement at no charge)

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse or modification
• Returns requested after 30 days
• Returns shipped without prior approval (these may be refused or delayed)

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
